My interest in fitness and health began 14 years ago. I incorporate my methods of positive thinking , and motivational techniques , which have inspired many people and have changed there lives by promoting a healthier lifestyle. After working with numerous clients and educating them on the benefits of being physically active I found there was still a need for developing lifestyle changes with a foundation based on healthier eating habits. From this realization my Food Coaching Program evolved. The Food Coaching Program illustrates and educates people on how permanent weight loss and the development of healthier eating habits are most effectively brought about through a dedicated change in lifestyle and changing old habits. Food Coaching guides you to look at long term , keeps you motivated and makes you understand there are no quick fixes only long term success. My goal is to positively influence people to have an enriching relationship with food and physical activity to make lifestyle changes a permanent way of living , so eventually these small successes will have a global effect. I look forward to meeting you, we will accomplish a great deal of success! Philosophy: Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.
